Exaggerating Final Cut Pro X's Optical Flow

Yes I know, to get the smoothest results with optical flow ideally you want to shoot at a frame rate of 60fps at a high shutter speed.

But what if you wanted to exaggerate the frame building for a unique look?

Try it out sometime, you may be surprised with the result.  I shot this video at 24fps, 30th shutter speed @1.8 and I was between 400 - 800 iso all night.

So the idea is to remove as many frames as possible with a low fps and slow shutter speed then force optical flow to interpret what it thinks is between those frames. The results can be desirable but there is a fine line to what looks sloppy and what looks great with this technique.
